Biography

I was the youngest of 4 siblings in a Chilean family, my interest in music began at an early age. Music sparked my interest (directly percussion) and from then on nothing was the same. I asked my parents if they could get me a drum kit, but it wasn't easy, instead they gave me a pair of drumsticks and a classical percussion course. For 2 years it was just a snare drum and music theory, until I was able to buy my first drum kit. I attended many school parties and when I started developing my craft I knew that this was my destiny. After trying different drum kits and cymbals, I listened to some musicians who played exceptionally well which translated to great sounding albums. While studying the drums, I had the opportunity to practice with other cymbals, and around that time I found the Paiste 2002 and it was a game changer for me, I could feel what the great drummers who had influenced me felt. The love for Paiste cymbals comes from a long time ago and has been maintained to this day and age.
