Biography
Sammy Salas is a Las Vegas born and raised drummer. Sammy, has a versatile backround, with his initial start at church beginning at the age of ten years old. Sammy at the age of sixteen went on to win the regional part of Guitar Center’s “Drum Off” in Las Vegas. Sammy with his continual accomplishments began touring with Kevin Ortiz. He then then went on and recorded drums for “Lamento Boliviano” on the album $ad Boyz 4 Life by Junior H, which went #1 on the Latin Billboard Charts for two weeks straight. In 2019, Sammy performed at the 26th annual Latin Billboards Music Awards, playing alongside recording artists Adriel Favela and Javier Rosas at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Sammy also continually performs with DJ Yo Yolie on the Las Vegas Strip. Currently, Sammy is the official drummer of T3r Elemento, a band that has had a long trajectory and has had platinum awards alongside Gerardo Ortiz and Lenin Ramirez. The band has just finished recording their next album which will feature Sammy as their newest member.
