Biography
At 15, Paul Quattrone taught himself to play drums by playing along to his father’s Led Zeppelin and James Brown records. The Syracuse, NY native broke into the Pittsburgh, PA garage rock scene by forming Modey Lemon (Mute Records) with Phil Boyd and began touring the world from 2002-2009. He played with !!! (Chk Chk Chk) (Warp Records) from 2008-2017 before relocating to the West Coast in 2015, where he joined up with psych rock/punk juggernaut Oh Sees/Osees (Castleface Records) and is with them to this day.

Sound character: Full, silky, powerful, deep. Fairly wide range, fairly complex mix. Responsive, soft feel with powerful attributes. Somewhat papery stick sound with a glassy undertone over fairly dark and cloudy wash. Very versatile ride cymbal with good crash-ability for classic rock music applications. Developed in co-operation with the legendary "Van Halen" drummer Alex Van Halen.
