Biography
Matt Liban is a sought after drum teacher and session player from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He continues to perform upwards of one hundred fifty shows per year with numerous musical affiliations. In addition to his current work with the regionally recognized 5 Card Studs (www.fivecardstuds.com) and The Peggy James Band, Matt was touring drummer (both nationally and internationally) with Willy Porter. Matt also has an impressive list of other live performing and recording credits, with the likes of Sammy Llanas (The Bodeans), Ian Spanic (Spanic Boys), Fender Guitar Clinician - Greg Koch, Jon Paris, Billy Flynn, as well as blues legends- John Brim, Hubert Sumlin, and George Thorogood.
