Biography
Martell ist ein gefragter Rock, Pop und Jazz Drummer. Er spielte in der Kultband m. walking on the water und bekam Doppelplatin für seine Arbeit mit Dick Brave & the Backbeats. Er ist auf über 100 Tonträgern zu hören, hat im Studio und auf Tour gearbeitet u.a. mit SASHA, Klee, Jessica Gall, Adriano Batolba, Rosenstolz, Ulla Meinecke, Rainbirds, Megashira, Veljanov, Peter Kraus... Jazz: Charly Mariano, Lisa Bassenge, flexkögel, David Sanborn, Dave Liebman, Toots Thielemanns, Randy Brecker, Rhani Krija ... Er löste Jojo Mayer beim Intergalactic Maidenballet CH ab, tourte in Europa, Amerika, Zentralasien, Ost-Afrika und sorgt immer wieder durch eigene Bands für Aufsehen: Swinger Club, Neuzeit, Hallo*Erde, SCHANK, EISEN
