Biography
I started to play drums when I was 9. My first experience I gained in the School Band BLIND WIZZARD (1980–1984). Because of the influence of drummers like John Bonham, Ian Paice, Cozy Powell I changed into different Hard and Heavy-Line Ups in 1987 and played in bands like PARADIZZE (GER, 1987-1988) and THE WARNING (GER, 1988-1992). They supported ROGER CHAPMAN and MAGNUM in several shows. In August 2007 I joined to the Western Metal Band called DEZPERADOZ. They release there new Album "An eye for an eye" in April 11th 2008 on AFM-Records Worldwide!!! In Feb. 2010, I went into the huge Footsteps of MEL GAYNOR (Simple Minds), to be the new Drummer in Alex Beyrodts Band-Projekt VOODOO CIRCLE feat. ALEX BEYRODT (Primal Fear), DAVID READMAN (Pink Cream 69), MAT SINNER (Primal Fear, Sinner), JIMMY KRESIC (Liquid Home), MARKUS KULLMANN (Dezperadoz). We release "Broken Heart Syndrome"(2011) & "More than one way home" (2013) In April 27th 2012 was the Release of the new DEZPERADOZ Record "Dead Mans Hand" Worldwide on Drakkar/Sony I toured and played Festivals in EUROPE & Russia. In 2013 I was on tour e.g. with VOODOO CIRCLE (More Than One Way Home Europatour 2013) and GLENN HUGHES (Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Black Country Communion) on the spanish part of his tour in 2013! Since 2013 I recorded 3 Albums (2013, 2016, 2019) incl. live touring with HARTMANN (Oliver Hartmann git. from Avantasia) 2014 Swiss Act FOX (Shakra Singer Marc Fox) called me for Album and touring mostly in Switzerland. 2018 Glenn Hughes called me again for touring the Summer Festivals for 2018 with his "Glenn Hughes performs Classic Deep Purple" Tour. 2019 Drums for German Metal Band SINNER new Album Santa Muerte incl. touring. 2020 rejoined VOODOO CIRCLE with new Album release Jan. 15th 2021
