Biography

Joselo - (José Jusino) Was born in the town of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico on December 11, 1981. He grew up surrounded by family and friends passionate about music and thanks to this, from a very young age he developed his interest in the same way. In 2000 he began specialized studies in music education at the Inter-American University of PR, San German campus under the direction of the renowned percussionist Freddie Santiago Campos. During that time he developed in different christian music projects for bands and artists such as La Banda Desafinada, Blest, Sheila Romero, among many others. In 2008 he began to make his way into secular music, participating as a drummer for different artists of urban music (reggaetón) such as Arcángel, J Álvarez, Farruko, Alexis y Fido, Rkm y Ken Y, among others. In 2010 (to date) he works for the renowned urban music singer Tito El Bambino, the first Latin urban artist to appear at the White House and winner of multiple world recognitions. Joselo began to be an artist sponsored by the world-renowned company Paiste Cymbals since May 2010 to the present. Currently Joselo is also working on different local projects in which he continues to maintain his commitment and passion that has highlighted him since childhood.
