Biography

Joe began his professional touring career at the age of 23 when he moved from NYC to California to join the infamous Nu-Metal act AMEN. He has since gone on to dominate the underground Industrial and “EBM” scene playing for numerous widely known acts such as Aesthetic Perfection, Combichrist, Genitorturers, Wednesday 13 and many more. In 2009 he linked up with Richard Kruspe of Rammstein and began moonlighting as the live drummer for Richard’s solo project known as Emigrate. Joe has been playing in Emigrate since 2008 and is also a full time crew member of Rammstein, catering to the bands many personal needs on the road, and hosting and DJ’ing their legendary afterparties back stage each night!

Provides a strong, sizzling and deep layered china sound that is perfectly suited for any styles of Rock music and for other unique applications and percussive settings.

A very balanced hi-hat with a healthy dose of dirt and a note of darkness, featuring enhanced power for players that require a consistently strong pair of hi-hats.
