Biography
Professional drummer for 25 years, producer, Latin Grammy nominee. Ivo started his musical education at the age of 16 in Hot Clube Jazz School, and took private lessons with Alexandre Frazão and Michael Lauren. He toured and recorded with several top artists such as: Mariza, lura, Carminho, Paulo de Carvalho, Dino Santiago, Cool Hipnoise, Aduf, Sara Correia, Batida, Deolinda, Shout, Mafalda Veiga, CSFC, Cacique97, Cuca Roseta, and Luiz Caracol. He's currently touring with Sara Tavares, Paulo Flores, Andre Henriques, and with his band Bateu Matou.
