Biography
GREGG BENDIAN is a drummer/percussionist/producer/educator who first made a name for himself with the likes of jazz greats Cecil Taylor, Ornette Coleman, and John Zorn. Over the course of his 30-plus years on the scene, Bendian has toured, recorded, and collaborated with some of music’s most innovative artists in a wide-range of genres, including Todd Rundgren, Nels Cline, Jan Hammer, and Mike Keneally. He is founder/leader of The Mahavishnu Project, and his own bands, Trio Pianissimo and Interzone.
