Biography
Fred Eltringham is a Nashville session musician who has been playing with Sheryl Crow since 2012. He also player with Gigolo Aunts 1994-1999, Juliana Hatfield 1999, Ben Kweller 2002-2004, The Wallflowers 2004-2011, Dixie Chicks 2006-2009, kd lang 2010-2012. He is a 6 time nominee for, and was awarded the Academy of Country Music Award for Drummer Of The Year in 2017. He also has an indie rock project called The Get You.

Sound character: A fusion of darkness, energy, projection and brilliance. Very wide range, complex, musical mix. Responsive feel, extremely controllable. Mark I: Tends to be a bit quieter, darker and drier. This manifests itself in the overall sound character and in particular in the bell and ping sound.
