Biography

Afolabi Emmanuel Oluwatobiloba, grandmother’s church (Cherubim and Seraphim church), he developed himself by watching local drummers and getting online drum lessons. His musical intelligence began, when he came across his teacher Wale Adeyemi, one of the best drums and music teachers in Nigeria. He still studies with him for the purpose of achieving his goal of being well equipped to teach younger generations. Afolabi presently belong to different drummer groups in Nigeria of which he was invited to be part of when he was discovered by Leaders and Admins of the group. His major influence is Nate Smith but he is inspired by Nigerian Juju and Ethnic Music, Jazz, Funk and Gospel. He currently works with RCCG (Throne of God Parish) as a drummer and with Jossy Bright Band (Gospel Juju band) and I Am Olufunmilola (Gospel band). Afolabi has also worked with Dare Justified (Gospel Band). Afolabi Emmanuel Oluwatobiloba is a young man with zeal, courage with great value for excellence.
