„I have been playing Paiste for the past 20 years. I am currently using the 2002 Series. As the drummer of Puya, I always look for cymbals that provide the right amount of brightness, wash, presence and versatility in order to blend with the heavy sounds of the band. My 2002’s do it flawlessly.“

Biography

I began my journey at a young age in my homeland Puerto Rico surrounded by music. As a drummer I have always had an inclination for rock and metal however, my playing is influenced by many different styles including funk, reggae, jazz, blues and traditional Latin rhythms such as salsa, bomba and plena. I have played in many studio sessions and collaborated with various artists over the years however, Puya has been the center of my career for the last three decades and still continues ‘til this day.
