Biography
Vince Nudo is a musician, songwriter, and film composer based in New York City. Born in Montreal, Canada, he began his music career in 2003 as the drummer and one of the founding members of Priestess. The band recorded two studio albums, including their highly praised debut Hello Master, and toured rigorously around the world. Shortly after relocating to New York City, in 2013 he teamed up with Brooklyn guitarist and producer Rob Laakso and Philly singersongwriter Kurt Vile. As the drummer in Vile’s backing band The Violators, he performed on their critically acclaimed fifth studio album Wakin’ On A Pretty Daze, and contributed drums to all of their studio albums since. When not on the road, he’s in the studio composing and producing music for film and television, some of which have premiered at renowned festivals including Cannes International Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival (tiff), and have featured at events such as The Whitney Biennial.
