Biography
Tim Ivanov is one of the most talented and successful Russian drummers in the whole post-USSR area based in Moscow. His performances are full of energy, power and capture audience with a bright stage presence and monstrous technical abilities. Tim has been playing drums professionally since 1999 and is known as a universal drummer, who plays equally great in variety of music styles: from metal and rock to hip-hop, funk and pop. He has a big experience in live gigs, studio recording and educating. Tim is a winner of International Young Drummers Contest-2008 in Kiev, Ukraine and International Young Drummers Contest-2008 in Moscow, Russia. In 2009 he has won another competition - Roland V-Drums Contest in Moscow, Russia. After that he became the official Roland Russia demonstrator and clinician. At present Artem Tim Ivanov works with Russian famouse pop star and comedian Pavel Volia, who has his own popular nationwide TV show, DJ Shved [hip-hop band Centr], metal band Stardown, pop-rock band Z.I.M.A, and as a session musician for different rock, pop and hip-hop projects. He is the official drummer for leading Russian hip-hop production company CAO Records. He has been featured in variety of music videos, drum magazines and web sites. Tim also is known as a solo performer, workshop clinician and educator.

Very distinctive, tight and deep bell. Well suited for all types of musical styles that require clear stick work and a strong bell. Developed in co-operation with the legendary "The Police" drummer Stewart Copeland.
