Biography

Tek the Machine (16. Oktober 1973 in Bern, Schweiz) ist ein Schweizer Metal Schlagzeuger, der sich musikalisch im Rock- und Metalmusik-Genre etabliert hat. Bekannt geworden ist er vor allem als Mitglied der Nu-Rock Band draven. 1998 gründete er mit seinen drei Brüdern die Schlagzeug Gruppe scream4. Mit drei Studioalben und weit über 300 Konzerte zählt diese Band zu den erfolgreichsten Schlagzeug-Combos. Im selben Jahr schaffte er als Musiker mit der Nu-Rock Band draven den Durchbruch. Unter anderem war die Band Supporting Act von den finnischen Chartstürmern HIM. Nach vier Studioalben und diversen Konzerttourneen durch Europa, hat sich die Band 2011 aufgelöst. 2002-2004 spielte er für die Berner Mundart-Core-Band HAK und auf deren Album dräiät dürä. Danach spielte er 2011 - 2018 bei der Heavy-Metal-Band Under my Skin und auf dem Debüt-Album Connected. 2018 gründete Tek zusammen mit ehemaligen Bandkollegen die Metal-Hardcore-Band Face the End. Die erste CD wird 2021 das Licht der Welt erblicken.
