Biography
Nick Liberatore has been playing Paiste cymbals for over 25 years. He's an original member of the house band for The Goddamn Comedy Jam, featured on Comedy Central. Nick tours live with the show, opening for JellyRoll in 2023 and playing festivals such as Just For Laughs in Montreal, Bonnaroo, Bumbershoot, Outsidelands and This Cruise Is Important in 2026. Based in Los Angeles, he plays and does numerous sessions with bands and acts such as Solitary Friends (Who released their second album Bite The Hot Wire in 2025), The High Revival, Adam Ray, and his own two-man group Elemenopy. He was hand-picked by Billy Corgan to audition for The Smashing Pumpkins. He has most recently joined original bands Peyote Radio and Petty Human Emotions. He is also part of the live show Tom Waits War Songs, which will start touring in 2026. Nick has made loyal use of his Paiste setup for all of these projects and is proud to use them for any musical outlet
