Biography

Nick Liberatore has been playing Paiste cymbals for over 20 years. He can be seen this summer all across the US opening for JellyRoll with Josh Adam Meyers on the Backroad Baptism Tour. He's an original member of the house band for The Goddamn Comedy Jam, which was featured for a season on Comedy Central. Nick tours live with the show, playing festivals such as Just For Laughs in Montreal, Bonnaroo, Bumbershoot, Outsidelands, The New York Comedy Festival, and more. Based in Los Angeles, he plays and does numerous sessions with bands such as Solitary Friends (Who's latest album Sum Of More received rave reviews), Regan & Watkins, Hellfried Bastards, Cindergarden, Annie Hardy & The Psychos, and Dignitary. He was hand-picked by Billy Corgan to audition for The Smashing Pumpkins. His own two-man group Elemenopy has released two albums, Sgt.Walrus's Westward Journey and The Sound That Thursday Built. Nick has made loyal use of his Paiste setup for all of these projects and is proud to use them for any musical outlet.
