Nate Young

Nate Young is a born & bred Floridian, hailing from Tampa where he also now owns a brewery and restaurant with his brother in law called King State (an homage to their love of FL). Nate started playing drums at the age of 10. His early influences were in the punk realm of MxPx as he played around the Tampa Bay area in local bands until he got the call to fill in for a newly re--launched Central Florida band called Anberlin. At the age of 14 he recorded on his first nationally released album, Anberlin’s debut ‘Blueprints for the Blackmarket’ (2004). Touring nationally in a van while also tending to his schoolwork was a chore but it suited him well as they regularly played 200+ shows a year in what has turned out to be a 15+yr career of touring Internationally, selling out shows in over 20 countries.
