Biography

Daniel Nar-Sil Rutkowski - born on April 22nd, 1998 in Tychy (Poland, Silesia Region), Polish drummer. Started playing drums in 2009. Live experience since 2014 (EU tours and local tours). Main and favourite style is based in black/death metal music. Music student since 2016. Teacher is jazz master Miroslav Musicant (Edgar Abraham, SBB, Józef Skrzek etc.). Advanced literature finished for now: Dolezhil, Włodzimierz Skowera. Nar-Sil played many local scenes with bands such as: Embrional, Neolith, Virgin Snatch and Redemptor. In 2020 he entered European scene by joining Hate band, replacing Pawel Pavulon Jaroszewicz on big EU tour and has became a permanent member. The new album with Nar-Sil in the line-up will be released in the summer 2021.

A loud, lively, unusual cymbal with very specific ride and bell playing functions. Also suited for strong color accents and various percussion effects.

    Sound character: Bright, brilliant, warm. Narrow range, clean mix. Very responsive feel. Slightly shattering, explosive attack with warm, mellow bell-like fade. Features an exotic feeling, very dominant center tone with soft, swirling over- and undertones. Available individually, as pairs with straps, or strung up pairs. Could also be used as very unusual mini hats or mounted upside down over a ride bell.
