Biography
Johnny Radelat is a Cuban American drummer, performer, song writer and producer. Born in Jersey City N.J., Johnny came of age in Miami, Fl., and currently resides in Austin, TX. He began his musical voyage playing in garage punk bands and high school marching band, subsequently touring with numerous acts in varied genres before relocating to Austin, TX. In 2008. . Over the last 10 years he has toured the world drumming for Gary Clark Jr. who in that time has achieved iconic status and multi Grammy wins. After playing some of the biggest stages in the world his quest remains to ”…play from the heart not the head and infuse personality and character into every note while remaining tasteful and honest. ”.
