Biography

Håvard started professionally drumming after quitting school at the age of 17. He made a living playing bars and clubs for many years before taking the steps into making records and touring with different bands in early 2000. Today Håvard Takle Ohr is one of the hardest working drummers in Norway. As a professional drummer for the last 20 years he has toured and made records with top Norwegian artists. In 2019 he became the new drummer in Norway's biggest rock band, Kvelertak. In the next couple of years the band will be touring the world promoting their new album "Splid”. Kvelertak has released 4 albums and toured the world several times as headliners and as special guest to bands such as Metallica, Ghost, Slayer, Mastodon, Gojira and so on.
